Amber's Nervous System Regulation Class was exactly what I needed to get out of a seasonal funk and back into my body. I appreciated that we started off with an education session on nervous system responses before getting into the physical work, it was meaningful to identify the response that my nervous system typically defaults to and work through understanding the "why" of nervous system response and regulation. As a student of Amber's since 2020, I'm familiar with individual “DRM Flow and Sweat practices, but the connection of the practices with the nervous system education was really beautiful. This was my first time with a DRM Strength practice and I'm HOOKED - I'll be returning to this one again and again, it's gentle enough for people who don't typically enjoy strength training but intense enough to feel like you're toning every little bit of your muscles and joints.
