Hi, I’m Amber!

A mindfulness-based author, teacher, and speaker working at the intersection of embodiment and leadership. My body of work over the past 20-years has been in devotion to awakening us to the habits, behaviors, and patterns that are holding us back from bringing our full self to the world. I’ve taught yoga, mindfulness, and integrative leadership everywhere from the inside of prisons to deep in the jungle, and I’m known for facilitating real experiences and making complex concepts, accessible and relatable.

Full Bio

Amber Campion is a mindfulness-based embodiment educator, yoga teacher trainer, and author with over 20 years of experience in leadership and wellness education. Her integrative, inquiry-driven approach to healing and personal growth emphasizes nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and self-discovery—leading her to facilitate sold-out workshops and retreats across four continents. She is the author of the celebrated poetry book, Tiny Rituals: 108 Poems to Remember Ourselves as Holy, Whole, and Wise.

Her journey as a teacher began in New York City, where she spent over a decade honing her craft. Teaching in one of the most competitive and demanding cities in the world shaped Amber’s approach to be not only effective but deeply grounded. The sheer quality and scale of talent in NYC required relentless devotion to growth, resilience, and reinvention—pushing her to deepen her studies and refine her voice as a leader and educator.

Amber’s yoga lineage stems from the breath-focused tradition of Swami Kripalu, though she now teaches a style she organically developed called Dynamic Release Method™ (DRM: flow). This unique hatha-flow practice integrates breathwork, mindful movement, and myofascial release, designed to support deep nervous system repair and a return to wholeness through embodied presence.

Before stepping into her role as a teacher and trainer, Amber’s foundation was built as an athlete. She was a competitive swimmer and rower (crew), developing an early understanding of discipline, breath control, and synchronized movement. Later, her training in Capoeira—a Brazilian martial art blending movement, music, and community—added a layer of play, power, and fluid expression to her approach. These diverse movement arts now live within her work, shaping her embodied philosophy and dynamic teaching style.

Amber is the creator of Boundless, a one-of-a-kind 200-hour yoga teacher training and mindfulness-based leadership program known for its depth, heart, and transformative impact. Boundless goes far beyond foundational yoga education—offering a powerful blend of nervous system science, somatic embodiment, emotional intelligence, and integrative leadership. With glowing testimonials, the training has earned a reputation as both a rite of passage and a return to wholeness for those ready to lead from a place of authenticity and presence.

Amber also created Flourish, an annual destination retreat for ambitious wisdom seekers that sells out every year.

Her extensive training includes certifications in holistic health counseling, bodywork & myofascial release techniques, transformational leadership coaching, neurolinguistics programming, and trauma-informed practices. She also spent over five years teaching at-risk and incarcerated youth in NYC through The Lineage Project, which further deepened her commitment to inclusive, compassionate education.

Her work has been featured in Positively Positive, Thrive Global, Thought Catalog, YourTango, and The Yogipreneur. She has collaborated with brands like Specialized and has led retreats and trainings in Nicaragua, Thailand, Morocco, Costa Rica, Peru, Bali, Canada, Guatemala, Colombia, and throughout the United States.
