Workshop Notes:
We'll open with an introduction to winter solstice (a return to light) and a DRM: Sweat! class (45 minutes) cardio, stretching, and massage (self-myofascial release using tennis balls) all in one! Then we'll dive into a guided experience of journal prompts to release 2022, and receive 2023 (which will culminate in you creating/discovering a 'theme' or word of the year for 2023).
