A 5-Day Embodiment Experience
Bringing our
full
self to the world requires us to keep the channel open. It requires us to slow down, tune in, and create space for our brilliance to emerge. Devote 5-days of ritual to your Self to move, breathe, and release what holds you back from your creative life force - and most of all, to remember yourself as holy, whole, and wise.
Each class will have a theme (see below) related to an emotion and the area of the body that energetically stores that emotion (according to Chinese Medicine). We will create pathways of release through mindful yoga, breathwork, and journal prompts (through a process I refer to as 'body talk'). It's going to be a glorious and potent 5 days.

Day 1. Release Worry - spleen
Day 2. Release Fear - kidneys
Day 3. Release Anger - liver
Day 4. Release Grief - lungs
Day 5. Remember Joy - heart
Fulfillment is not a place at which we arrive; it’s a place at which we choose to start.
