This is the ultimate life enhancing, soul expanding week-long retreat for ambitious wisdom seekers. Flourish means “to blossom, to grow,” and we will inspire this opening through an honest exploration of the Self through heart work, shadow work, somatic work, and energy work. This will be a playful and deep journey into soulful self-mastery (mindfulness, vulnerability, and gratitude) and heart-centered leadership (connection, courage, and authenticity).

*More on the virtual circles (pre + post retreat): about 2-3 weeks prior to our retreat we will connect virtually to build community, meet the other retreat attendees, get inspired for our journey ahead, and answer any questions you may have. Then 3-4 weeks following the retreat, there will be a group ‘re-connection’ circle. This will be an opportunity for us to see each other again (virtually), to share what you desire support and reflection around since returning home, and to break through any blocks that may come up after the powerful week we all spent together.

Exploring Colombia
Caribbean Coast of Colombia
We will be spending 6 nights / 7 days at the luxurious Gitana Del Mar retreat center, located on a wild and remote beach at the foothills of the impressive and magical Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world’s highest Coastal Mountain Range.
This area is referred to as the Heart of the world, not only because of its geographical location, but more importantly because every single ecosystem exists and thrives in the Sierra Nevada mountains. There is no better place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax, and recharge.
During your retreat week, Amber will guide yoga classes, along with transformational workshops, to help you deep dive into your experience. This retreat also includes an all levels guided group river tubing excursion to the nearby Don Diego River, as well as a Kogi Spiritual Ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities to partake in optional activities to help you explore the gorgeous beaches, waterfalls, and mountains of the region. Gitana Del Mar will provide upscale, boutique accommodations, as well as nourishing, locally sourced meals provided by their fantastic private chef, and optional massage and Ayurvedic spa services. There will also be plenty of time to relax around the resort pool, or hang out on an oceanfront hammock.
The Excursions
Nature
Excursion 1: Together, we will enjoy the natural and relaxing adventure of floating the Don Diego River to the beautiful and blue Caribbean Sea. During this 4 hour tour, we will witness an amazing path full of exotic flora and fauna native of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
We will have the time to see howler monkeys, a great variety of birds, butterflies and even the snowy peaks if the weather permits it. On the arrival at the mouth of the river, we can explore a solitary beach. After a bit of hang out time, we will come back by boat up the river and be back at the resort by lunchtime.
Culture
Excursion 2: The Kogi are one of the oldest and most traditional surviving indigenous tribes of South America. They consider themselves the elder brothers, they maintain the role of wisdom keepers and guardians of the earth. They hold the responsibility to care for the great mother Earth.
Some Kogis have decided to share part of their wisdom with us. So, they occasionally come down from their sacred villages high in the Sierra Nevada mountains to offer ceremonies to help us understand the balance of nature and the need to honor, respect and protect our natural world.
The ceremony is led by a Kogi Mamo (Shaman), and consist in a cleansing of our energy, body, mind & soul as well as a “pagamento” (payment to the land) in which we transfer our intangible thoughts into shells as a payment to receive the blessing of the great mother.

Hi! I’m Amber.
I’ve been a mindfulness-based embodiment educator for 20 years. I’m also the creator of The Fulfillment Formula™ and Dynamic Release {Flow} Method™.
I work with ‘devotees to depth’ who are here to bring their full selves to the world.
I'm an experienced certified Yoga Teacher, Master Transformational Coach, Holistic Health Counselor, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and embodied Spiritual Teacher with a big heart and a love for immersive experiences.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:
The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.
The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.
If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less $200.
If you refuse to comply with the entry laws of the host country, region, town, etc; SolSeed will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. SolSeed will ensure to the best of their abilities that all registrants comply with all then current laws and regulations.
